Baby Noah’s Baptism at Mission Concepción – San Antonio, TX.

We had the honor of photographing Baby Noah’s special baptism day. Even though we were nervous and had never shot anything like this before, we were excited to try something new. We had so much fun. The baptism was held at the beautiful Mission Concepción Catholic Church in San Antonio, TX. This church, that is over two centuries old, is absolutely stunning. It’s amazing that we live just minutes away from such beauty. The mass was lovely and the mariachi’s gave it that extra touch of culture.

San Antonio Bluebonnets are blooming everywhere!

If you are thinking about doing a spring session, what better time than bluebonnet season? Bluebonnets make one of the most beautiful backdrops. I spent the last week searching San Antonio for the perfect location to hold bluebonnet sessions. These beautiful fields are perfect right now. Unlike last year, I have not encountered any mosquitos at all and I’m so grateful for that (I seriously am a magnet for mosquitos). I have run into more ants this year though, so be careful if where you step or before placing little ones on the ground. Also the weather has been perfect! Last year it was so hot and humid. We have been lucky to have had some pretty nice spring weather. The bluebonnets won’t last very much longer so if you are wanting to book a session, we’d love to sit and chat!!
