We are so excited to share Chloe and Daniel’s engagement session by the river was so much fun! It was a gorgeous morning that turned into a bit of a hot afternoon but Chloe, Daniel, and their cute fur-baby Tippet were troopers. Sam and I were so excited to share all the photos with them yesterday and I woke up this morning ready to blog their session! We are so excited to shoot their wedding this November, which by the way is also by the river at the Historic Milltown District!!
We met Chloe and Daniel via Chloe’s aunt who is also a photographer and a fellow Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep (NILMDTS) volunteer. Although there are only a handful of volunteers in San Antonio, we have not all met in person, so it was such a wonderful surprise to get referred by not only another talented photographer but by someone we have not met in person. Chloe and Daniel are just the sweetest couple and we are so happy to have met them. We always want our couples’ engagement sessions to reflect their style and we want to be able to document their love in the most comfortable and natural setting for them. Daniel and Chloe are all about the outdoor life and fishing is something that they love to do together. Daniel even teaches fishing and the stories they have told us about fishing, camping and other travel adventures are pretty awesome. Sam and I absolutely loved photographing these two and we had so much fun at the river (and in the river) that it was so hard to choose which photos were our favorite.
When you see these two together you can’t help but to just keep smiling. These high school sweethearts were totally meant to be together and we couldn’t be happier for them. We feel so honored that our couples feel relaxed enough around us to let us capture these moments for them. These moments of genuine love. After each session, I always am so happy to immediately start working; I still can’t believe this is our job. How awesome is that?? Chloe and Daniel’s wedding in November is going to be gorgeous and we cannot wait!!! Thank you once again, Chloe, Daniel – and Tippet for being so awesome!!!
Great post! Nice collection of images!
