All my newborn girl photography dreams came true last month…

 

From a tiny ballerina to a sweet angel to a baby Aubrey Hepburn, Tiffany and Co. style- my newest little baby niece made all my newborn photography dreams come true.  If you know me then you know I have been planning this session since I found out I was going to be an auntie again this past February.  I got to meet my newest baby niece Olivia Remi at just 5 days old and by day 6 she was ready to pose.  Of course this was not a typical newborn session because 1. I drove to Rockwall, TX. from San Antonio to meet this baby girl 2.I had limited gear with me (mainly because my trunk was packed with every girly prop I could think of) and 3. Since I planned to visit my sister for a whole week, I did like 3 or 4 different sessions (normally I couldn’t fit this many outfit changes in a normal one day session).  This is why I say she made all my newborn girly girl dreams come true.  Also, we haven’t had a newborn girl in the studio in about a year.  Crazy huh? We had tons of adorable little boys this year, but I was dying to use some of the cute pink stuff I had been collecting. Most importantly- I got to use my Audrey Hepburn/Tiffany and Co. inspired backdrop and crown! You know I am a Tiffany and Co. lover, so of course I was ecstatic when my sister told me she was having a girl. I had to buy her a tiny newborn crown.
