Calling All San Antonio Seniors!

 

Congratulations! You have survived back to school and now that the dust has started to settle from all the lists, schedules, syllabuses and paperwork schools send home, let’s talk Senior Portraits San Antonio! As you prepare for your senior year, one of the most exciting things to think about is senior portraits and there is no better time than now to book your High School Senior Photo Session.

Graduation is an exciting time! You are about to embark on a new adventure in life and this year is going to fly by so fast.  From college applications, testing, and essay writing to Homecoming, Banquets and Senior Prom you will not have a dull moment.  Summer went by so fast!  I know it totally doesn’t feel like it with this crazy heat but before you know it it will be Thanksgiving and dare I say -Christmas! Fall is the perfect time to book your session- who doesn’t love sweater weather right? Not to mention cooler weather and gorgeous sunsets! Not only that but after the holidays, the days will go by faster than ever for you- school deadlines approach and its time to start thinking graduation invitations- and guess what, we do those too! Let’s have your photos ready to go so that you can enjoy the rest of your year!

Our goal is to give all our Senior clients a special custom session that is built around their personality, style and vision.  For this reason we hold pre-consults.  We like to get to know our clients, we want to know what they like and share ideas.  We like our clients to walk out the door knowing that not only are they going to get gorgeous portraits and a fun and amazing experience but they are walking out with new friends!  We are here to help guide you and if you want to call/email/text me about an outfit or prop- I am here to help! I leave you with one amazing Senior session we recently had with the lovely Miss Sofia. This Clark High School Senior was amazing to work with.  Let me tell you, I was a little intimidated at first knowing her father is also a fellow photographer and videographer in the San Antonio area, but nonetheless, we were honored that we were chosen for such an important milestone!  At the pre consultation, we learned that Sofia is also a hobbyist photographer, so of course I was on a mission to find a vintage camera to incorporate into the session. In each session we include props that represent each senior’s talents, hobbies, sports and personality, and select locations and backgrounds to match their individuality. Sofia’s aunt Sonya, who was sweet enough to gift her the session also hooked her up with a beautiful floral crown.  And what a beautiful gift it was – not only did Sofia get beautiful senior photos but her mom joined in for some stunning mother/daughter shots!  We are always happy to include some family shots into the session, after all this is a big year for them too.  This was truly a gift that will last a lifetime.  As a mother, there is nothing that I love more in this world than seeing portraits of me with my son and I know that these are memories that Sofia’s mother will cherish forever.
